Rigid Board Insulation and Gasket Materials: UniTherm is a fabricator of high temperature materials to be used as custom gaskets for hoppers, blowers, manifolds, etc... These materials are also used as thermal barriers and stand-offs. UniTherm utilizes materials such as Cogetherm, White Board, Pyropel, FiberFrax, etc... to make high and low temperature custom gaskets and thermal barriers to significantly reduce heat transfer. These gaskets are capable of handling a maximum compression of 540,000 psi and can resist temperatures as high m 1500 F.
