UniTherm ISO-VALVE jackets are the most effective and convenient way to prevent heat loss and conserve energy. Each jacket is individually designed so that they most accurately form to the exact configuration of the insulated application.
ISOCOVERS ISO-VALVE is constructed in three layers:
• The primary inner layer (hot face) is made of Fiber 2025 1022°F (550ºC).
• The middle, dual-layer is made of IceRock and Needle Mat 1000°F (538°C).
• The outer covering layer (cold face) is made of Grey Silicone 536ºF (280°C).
To ensure temperature stability of the equipment throughout the year, it’s important to consider the geographic location where the equipment will be used. Our production method of insulated covers allows them also to be produced with self-regulated heating cables that provide safe and reliable heat tracing that will keep equipment warm when temperatures drop well below zero.
