Q: What does T.U.R.N. stand for?
A: T.U.R.N. is an acronym that stands for The UniTherm Reseller Network.
Q: Am I eligible to become a TURN Partner?
A: The TURN Partner Program is open to businesses that are not direct competitors or end-users of UniTherm or its products. Eligibility for TURN depends on the payment method you use. If you prefer to pay for purchases with a credit card, you will be automatically approved for TURN and will receive a 50% discount off MSRP on UniTherm products.
If you prefer to be setup on Net-30 terms, you must complete and submit the online Credit Application form on our website, prior to approval. If approved for credit, you will receive a 25% discount off MSRP on UniTherm products. Net 30 Terms are available to qualified resellers in the United States only; authorization does not extend to international sales.
Q: Who is the TURN Program for?
A: Companies with a strong brand reputation and/or an existing distribution network, that wants to offer innovative turn-key solutions and products to their existing clients, as well as satisfy the needs and wants of members of the target market.
Q: What products can I sell through TURN?
A: TURN Partners can sell any standardized UniTherm product line. All eligible products for TURN can be found here: UniVest Insulation System and ISOCOVERS Insulation System
Q: How much does it cost to join TURN?
A: It is totally free; there is no cost to join the TURN program.
Q: How does the Turn Program work?
A: The TURN Program works as a partnership between our companies. We provide our Partners with the resources and opportunities to ensure maximum efficiency for selling our products. This includes the following: a dynamic selection of digital content and services; significant discounts paired with markup freedom; cross-selling opportunities; and the freedom to sell without inventory.
Q: As a TURN Partner, how much can I earn & how will I get paid?
A: TURN is not a commission-based program. We sell our products at a discounted rate to members of our program, which allows for product markup freedom. Your customers pay you when they purchase products directly from you.
Q: What kind of support do TURN Partners receive?
A: We provide our TURN Partners with technical training and up-to-date digital content about UniTherm products, to ensure success. All training and materials are completely free and available at no cost. Below is a short list of services we provided:

Q: Does UniTherm provide demo products or physical sales materials?
A: In support of our “lean and green” paper reduction initiative, we are not printing any marketing collateral within the TURN toolkit because these are live documents that are constantly evolving. All Partners are responsible for printing and distributing their materials and any other items deemed necessary. All documents are printer-friendly and ready to print at any time.
Q: How does UniTherm track orders coming from my website?
A: We do not.
Q: Does UniTherm offer a trial TURN program?
A: No. There are no fees or costs to join TURN and each term only lasts 6-months. There are no risks of being involved with TURN, and if you feel the program is not right for you, you can opt out of being a partner after your 6-month term.
Q: Does TURN provide potential customers or leads?
A: No. We do not provide leads or potential customers for TURN Partners. The TURN Program is intended to increase both the customer experience and profitability through up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
Q: What are the benefits of participating in TURN?
- Free/No Risk to participate – There are no fees, penalties, or costs to the Partner for being in the TURN Program.
- Product Mark-up freedom – set your prices.
- Inventory Free Sales – we can ship directly to your customer!
- Co-Branding Materials/Logos; UniTherm has developed logos for TURN partners to represent their status as program participants. In addition, TURN partners can promote themselves on the Partner Finder page located on UniTherm’s website.
- Technical Support – Product Roadmaps/Instructional Guides/Specification Guides
- Syndicated Content – UniTherm provides syndicated content for all TURN partners, free of charge. We enable partners to keep their websites and social spaces up-to-date easily and efficiently, helping to drive customer engagement with visually appealing, rich content.
- Marketing Materials – digital product pictures, brochures and flyers, videos, pre-written product copy, product how-to guides, and product MSDS/tech-sheets
- TURN Partner Portal Access – resource center designed exclusively for our TURN Partners. The TURN Portal offers a one-stop shop for product collateral and technical documentation along with archived technical webinars and self-paced training guides.

Q: Can TURN offer me exclusivity to a market or product?
A: No, we do not offer exclusivity to anyone. The purpose of TURN is to serve your existing customers better and extend your revenue opportunities.
Q: Does UniTherm/TURN offer a return policy?
A: Yes, our return policy applies to all customers, including those of our business partners. All returns shall be sent directly from the customer to UniTherm.
Q: Can I participate if I live outside of the United States?
A:Yes, you can. The location of your business does not matter.
Q: Does my website qualify for the TURN Program?
A: We currently do not have a minimum standard for website qualifications.
Q: I have more than one Website. Can I promote on multiple sites?
A: Yes! The more, the merrier, and the more opportunity you have to capture sales.
Q: What if I do not want to participate in the TURN Program any longer?
A: TURN Partners may terminate their participation in the program at the end of their 6-month term. The 6-month term shall be effective from the official date of signing.
Q: What happens if I am terminated from the program?
A: Partners lose all access to the Partner Portal and all online materials and resources immediately upon termination from the TURN program. In addition, they will no longer be able to take advantage of the product discounts offered through TURN.
